  • Refund requests without proper documentation will not be considered.

2. Refund Request Process

  • If approved, the refund will be processed and transferred to your designated bank account within two weeks of approval.

3. Refund Deductions
  • A 40% service fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover processing and administrative costs.
