AscentaVerse currently offers only freelancing packages. This policy applies exclusively to those services. If we introduce physical or digital products in the future, each will have its own return and refund terms.
To be eligible for a refund:
You must notify us within 72 hours of your purchase.
Your request must include valid evidence demonstrating that the service was either incomplete or did not meet the agreed-upon terms.
Refund requests without proper documentation will not be considered.
Upon receiving your request, our team will review it and respond within 96 hours to confirm eligibility.
If approved, the refund will be processed and transferred to your designated bank account within two weeks of approval.
A 40% service fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover processing and administrative costs.
